All of the instructors at K巨匠電腦 are part-time, and the company does not provide labor or health insurance. Instructors have to arrange union insurance themselves.
Each branch used to have one dedicated instructor, but this was discontinued in 2017, so all instructors are part-time. If K巨匠電腦 wants you to leave, you leave.
In addition, new instructors are paid more than veteran instructors. When students have problems, the branch always assumes the problem is with the instructor. As long as the survey results do not look good, the instructor will be sidelined and replaced, without considering whether the problem lies with the student or the instructor. Even though there are already many graphic design and web design instructors available, they refuse to hire them and insist on recruiting new instructors. The quality of students’ classes cannot be maintained, and course hours keep getting shorter. There is no shortcut to learning software—can you really learn to make LINE stickers in seven days? Don’t be fooled!
A whole host of marketing tactics are used to trick you into signing up, and the tutoring fees are frighteningly expensive!
Poor recruitment staff: if they fail to meet their performance targets, their pay is docked when students request refunds. The company appears to be a large corporation with great prospects, but the way it treats employees behind the scenes is completely different.
