Pros
The owner and his wife are incredibly ridiculous.
On a new employee’s first day,
they don’t show up until the afternoon.
They leave the person waiting there.
The turnover rate is extremely high.
And it’s a responsibility-based system with no clear working hours or overtime pay.
The job before the interview and the job after the interview are completely different.
The owner speaks disrespectfully to people and loves showing off.
