Personally, I think you should consider this carefully.
When discussing salary, they will tell you, "Because we are in the music industry, the salary we offer is not high."
They then offer you 26K, which only increases to 28K after you have completed three months, and will be reviewed based on the situation in March after you have completed one year. In other words, if you join in April 2017, you complete one year in April 2018, but your salary will not be increased until March 2019. With this level of salary, even if you change jobs, the adjustment will be very limited because your baseline salary is not high.
In addition, the company's internal hierarchy is extremely pronounced. Although it has only around 10 employees,
it still manages to have junior supervisors, senior supervisors, different groups, and so on,
which is completely different from the flat organizational structures popular today.
The company owner's way of thinking is typically traditional; they love reading Yahoo News and support the Kuomintang.
