Pros
RD & PG have to buy their own laptops, but you only receive a monthly subsidy of NT$600.
There is no overtime pay for working extra hours because there is no system for reporting overtime.
The bonuses are small; even if the company goes public, the owner profits while employees' salaries and benefits remain largely unchanged.
