The boss is a master of painting grand visions, coming up with a new pie in the sky every month, making the company act as though every year were the first year of the Yaoji era.
Employees are treated as disposable: when the company is short-staffed, they do everything they can to keep you, but as soon as a new applicant comes in for an interview, they tell you to get lost.
The customer is always right. Whatever the customer wants, you can’t refuse to provide. The boss only pays lip service to standing with employees; the moment a customer complaint comes through the hotline, he is standing with the customer instead.
