Regular overtime is expected without overtime pay, and raises are rare. Year-end bonuses are calculated based on annual performance evaluation scores, which are essentially determined by how much the supervisor likes the employee. After the score is calculated, the bonus is generally only about 0.3–0.7 months’ salary. If you transfer departments, the probationary period starts over; some people remain on probation for more than six months. The company has an extremely high turnover rate: it has 60 employees, yet more than 50 people leave each year. I recommend only going there for an interview—under no circumstances should you foolishly take a job there.
