1. The management system has serious problems.

2. There is a severe generation gap in internal communication; only those who obey orders have room to survive.

3. The technology is outdated and cannot keep up with the times, yet they are always committing to unbelievable deadlines.

4. The salary is glossed over, and the job responsibilities differ from what was discussed and agreed upon during the interview.

5. They lower the salary they offered you and require you to sign a three- or five-year contract before giving you the difference (possibly an extra one or two thousand). If you breach the contract, they will also require you to pay all of it back.

6. Labor insurance does not cover the full combined amount either; they evade taxes under the name of bonuses.

7. There is no overtime pay—only compensatory leave, which no one actually dares to request. Bonuses have no established system and depend entirely on their mood.

8. There is no employee training to speak of. Even when something is documented, it is so outdated that learning it only leaves you constrained.

9. There are no detailed development specifications.

10. All kinds of darkness.
