Very accepting of giving newcomers opportunities to learn and grow
The boss seems like a nice person, but is actually very calculating (surveillance cameras, benefits, underreporting, etc.)
1. The job content was explained in great detail, but I did not go, so I’m not sure whether it matches the actual work content.
2. There was no written test or self-introduction required during the interview.
None. I have not actually worked there, so I’m not sure.
Very accepting of fresh graduates coming in to gain experience; the boss is polite? (The way they treat people varies from person to person.)
Every day, lining up to report work progress delays leaving work for quite a while. The boss uses surveillance cameras to monitor everyone’s work. Benefits are not necessarily fully implemented and depend on the company’s operating conditions, so take some of the benefits with a grain of salt! There is a senior colleague with a poor attitude. When handling problems, it sometimes feels like the person is being targeted rather than the issue?
