Everyone within the company is very polite, and people generally get along well.

The general manager and the chairman are married. The two of them often have different opinions, which frequently puts supervisors in a difficult position.

The boss is outrageous. They are very polite when you are new, but their attitude becomes terrible after some time.

At work, they talk about doing big things, but then ask you to do trivial tasks after work. They do not let you claim overtime, and if you cannot finish the work, it becomes your problem.

Bonuses for the three major holidays depend on their mood. The year-end bonus is not paid until after the New Year, and even then it is very little. Do not expect a starting-work bonus; there is basically no welfare committee.

Employees almost never stay for more than a year. The turnover rate is extremely high because no one can stand this kind of company.

The HR department is unprofessional and slow to respond. After arriving for the interview, I had to wait too long. They also pressure people to meet sales targets and deceive them into providing personal information. Terrible!
