Severe internal infighting. Backstabbing and scheming. A terrible company that will arbitrarily find lousy excuses to fire people.

Pros

Willing to interview after work; the interviewer even said they were willing to interview on the weekend!!

Cons

I interviewed for a new department, and the interviewer (the vice president) had only just come on board and was building their own team. The interviewer made it very clear that the compensation would not be better than what I currently receive at the “Big Five” electronics company, but that the stock from a future IPO could be an opportunity. I am currently a project manager, and my résumé clearly says so, but they were looking for a product manager. We did not see eye to eye, so the interview was about to end quickly. The hiring team should carefully review the résumé before the interview; otherwise, both sides may have incorrect expectations. Since the interview was scheduled after work, my loss was already minimized; the resentment would have been greater if I had needed to take time off for the interview!! Using an IPO as an incentive—I'm getting older and want to eat the meat, not just the pie, so I'm not very interested either~

The interviewer’s attitude was extremely poor. They didn’t review the résumé before inviting me to the interview, only to humiliate me and criticize everything about me. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Pros

No advantages at all

Cons

A pile of miscellaneous tasks. Senior managers don't dare take responsibility and will even set traps for you.

They constantly brainwash you by saying the company will go public or get listed on an OTC market. When the company wants to lay people off, they send you to the factory, banishing you to the frontier.

Fresh graduates really shouldn't go. The company's employee turnover rate is very high.
