A chaotic company. You can be inexplicably fired and told to leave the same day. They specifically target younger, inexperienced people. I've seen several colleagues get fired one after another; you're next. It feels completely inexplicable.

The tasks assigned and matters discussed in meetings often change from morning to night, leaving people at a loss and affecting work efficiency or even causing overtime. Then they blame you for being incompetent: “Why haven't you finished this yet?”
Although the company claims that everyone should weather the difficult times together and acts as though it values you and treats you as a partner, it says one thing in public and another in private, often speaking badly about one employee to another behind their back! What kind of act is this?
It always seems that the company likes people with ideas, but does not like people who have more ideas than they do—as if they are worried they won't be easy to control.
They may act friendly toward you normally, but once they decide to fire you, they do it quickly and ruthlessly. They may still be discussing matters with you in the morning, then ask you to disappear and leave within an hour or two in the afternoon!
Also, I feel most sorry for the illustrators and creators. These people are good at talking and making empty promises, exploiting illustrators' weaknesses and needs, and often treating illustrators as cheap labor. They make it sound nice by saying they are providing a platform?
People seeking stability and a sense of security are not suitable for this company. You also need strong logical judgment to protect yourself from being led around by the nose, only to have the blame pushed onto you afterward.
