I went for an interview, so I can only share my impressions of the “interview.”
I was offered the position, but I ultimately did not take the job because I did not particularly like the location and it appeared that I would have to take on multiple roles. They also said that my ability to speak English was one of the reasons I received extra consideration.

It is a food factory located in an industrial area. After reporting to the management office and exchanging my identification for a visitor pass, I entered the building on the left and began filling out my résumé. Once I finished, the interviewer came in and began the interview. The interviewer had an accent that sounded somewhat ABC-like—a Chinese appearance but English as his first language. I later learned that he was an American citizen. During the interview, he discovered that I could speak English, so he switched to conducting the interview in English. He explained and introduced the job responsibilities to me. He was a manager, and the position involved marketing and graphic design work in his department. However, because his team was not yet fully staffed, I would occasionally need to help with administrative duties. This department was responsible for marketing a new brand, but the role would also involve helping with some administrative and retail-store work. Once the team was fully staffed, the focus would shift to graphic design and marketing.

The entire interview process was quite professional, and there was nothing uncomfortable about it. The questions asked were all related to the job, and the interviewer had a good attitude. He also introduced the company’s products and the job responsibilities to me, and showed me around the company premises. Overall, it was a fairly good experience.
1. The department appeared to be new. After arriving at the office, I saw a separate space next to it, and there was no one inside.
2. It is a food factory located beside a river embankment, within an industrial area.
3. It appeared that I would have to take on multiple roles: in addition to graphic design, I would also be responsible for marketing. I was later told that I would also need to help at the retail store, so the role did not seem to be clearly defined.
