1. During the interview, HR deliberately cut the salary, saying it was 20 months of annual pay. After joining, I secretly asked senior colleagues and found out that was not true at all… I heard from them that it may now only be 16 months, seemingly because the company bought a new factory… Instead of increasing salaries, they were reduced… and there is no bonus in the first year…

2. Many people have left recently. I don’t know them either; I only heard that the assistant in the engineering department is going to take over as section manager… I also heard that the section manager may be leaving… But having the assistant take over feels very strange… I can only observe slowly 👀…

3. This assistant also knew my salary and even asked me about it… Aren’t salaries supposed to be confidential? After observing for a while, I realized that this assistant is very influential… She often goes around scolding people… Even the section manager shows her considerable respect… But I have never encountered someone spreading my salary everywhere after finding it out… I graduated not long ago and don’t really understand whether this culture is normal…

4. The division of work between departments is unclear. People who are willing to work end up with a lot of tasks, while the section manager only tells us to do our own jobs well and not be so calculating…
