I’ve been working at the company for almost a year now. I was initially quite lost, but thanks to the highly systematic internal support, I can now handle projects independently from start to finish! The company has a very well-established system, with a supervisor assigned to assist at every stage so everyone can support one another. Although there are occasionally conflicts caused by friction in the way we work, they are unavoidable and ultimately help us cooperate better in the future! There are also weekly supervisor and department meetings, allowing us to address and improve the previous week’s issues. It’s truly an honor to grow together with the company! The company atmosphere, which I value most, is also wonderful here. We’re all like family now—even when projects are exhausting, coming to work is still enjoyable! I’m very honored to have joined this big family~

The only drawback is that you have to walk a little to find places to eat near the company. In summer, I really recommend eating at the nearby 7-Eleven~
