I really can't think of any.

Poor environment. From the day I joined, they kept saying they would move to a new office, but they still hadn't moved by the time I left. One secretary at the company handles emotions extremely poorly and does things entirely according to their mood. It's fine when they make mistakes, but if others make mistakes, they nail you to the wall. (If you don't know who the secretary is, you can look at the previous reviews below and probably figure it out.)
