Pros

The pros could be said to be that there probably aren't any, right? You could also say there are absolutely none! Resigning and leaving this place will be among the few truly correct choices in life.

Cons

Over the past year, they actually cut the annual health examinations for several departments, and even used pleasant-sounding excuses, saying that because certain departments do not come into contact with food, they do not need to undergo special food-handling medical examinations, and other such nonsense.

Certain departments have ovens that make the workplace particularly hot, so they used to receive an additional allowance. But during these colder months, they cut it, saying that because it is cold outside, employees working on the oven floor will be warm anyway, so there is no additional environmental allowance. They keep cutting allowances using all kinds of methods and excuses.

Maybe the company is trying to save money to build a new building. With working conditions this exploitative, why would they even want to start a new business?

For overtime, starting from the second hour, you have to take a 30-minute break every two hours. In other words, the half hour from 2:00 to 2:30 is unpaid. But how could a production line actually stop for half an hour and then resume work? It is basically taking advantage of employees. Who does not want to finish quickly and go home? Yet they insist on forcing you to take this half-hour break.

You even have to go to Human Resources yourself to collect your birthday allowance. Why not distribute it uniformly to the group leaders to hand out? If you do not go to collect it before the deadline, they say it is gone? So what happens to the allowances issued by the Accounting Department? Does Human Resources absorb them themselves? (This is something I heard from another coworker.)
