The assistant general manager in the general manager’s office leads the effort to disrupt production and sales. They say pleasing things to upper management, implement policies incompletely, and don’t care when employees fail to cooperate—those who do cooperate are fools. They force employees to switch from the afternoon shift to the morning shift, provide no benefits, and don’t care if employees resign.
