I’m one of the longer-serving employees at the company. The reason I’ve been able to stay this long is definitely not because the work is very easy (work is never easy, is it?); rather, it’s because the atmosphere at the company is harmonious, colleagues support one another, the boss solves our problems, and I’ve continued to grow here. As long as you’re willing to work hard, your performance is reflected in your income, which I think is great. The company has a system of rewards and penalties, but in practice, the boss also gives additional rewards or waives penalties based on employees’ work performance. The boss is very considerate of employees and is a generous, big-hearted leader.
