Convenient transportation

The company has an overtime culture (leaving on time is strictly frowned upon) and does not pay overtime. The top supervisor (the “market auntie”) speaks especially harshly to highlight her own superiority. The turnover rate at headquarters is high (the combined tenure of five manager-level employees is less than five years), and there is no need to mention the other specialists. They only use emotional blackmail to deal with employees who have been there for over ten years... I truly do not recommend it, unless you are waiting to enlist, pursue further studies abroad, or take the civil service exam—in which case, it may be acceptable as a temporary stopover.
