Two interview rounds; it was okay.

1. I don't understand why everyone's salary has to be cut when they join. It shows no respect for the value of interviewees.

2. They verbally claim a year-end bonus of 20 months. If it's real, why isn't it written in the paper offer? If not, is HR going to make up the difference out of pocket?
