The company entrance is impressive; other than that, nothing.

1. The salary is lower than the market rate outside. During interviews, they use various methods to push down your salary. They make it sound very appealing, but in reality, it is something you can see but never actually get.

2. They make employees work themselves to the bone for the sake of the economy. The group is undergoing transformation and is expected to increase the number of contract employees in the future.

3. The position described during the interview differs from the actual job duties, and they also dump other work on you. This is really aggravating. Raising the issue afterward is useless; they are basically tricking people into joining the company.

4. The culture of sycophantic office politics is severe. Work ability is not important—you can do very well as long as you know how to flatter upper management.

5. I sincerely recommend not wasting your life at this company.
