After joining, I really felt like I had been deceived. The actual job duties were completely different from what was described during the interview. When I raised this with the supervisor, they only said that I needed to learn more so I could support other departments. But then I was expected to clock overtime at other departments too—what was that about? The salary is lower than at other companies. I took the job thinking the duties would be easier, but I ended up feeling deceived. When I raised concerns, I was also singled out. The Taoyuan plant has no benefits at all. The people there seem nice on the surface, but many of them stab others in the back. Even assistants can bully people and go around speaking badly about you. It really is a place where people are treacherous.
