Pros

1. You can learn how to give unconditionally to the company.

2. The colleagues are nice.

3. You can wear slippers to work and treat the company like your own home.

4. If you want a company where it’s really easy to get an involuntary separation and severance pay, this company is definitely the top choice. Although you can’t afford to buy anything, they are very generous with severance pay and involuntary separation.

Cons

The boss’s mind works in truly amazing ways. Today, he says we’re going to do it in black, and the process and plans are all drafted. The next day, he immediately says we’re going to do it in white, then insists on changing everything to white and scraps the entire project. Even more amazing, after you spend a month redoing everything, he says he wants it in black again. Haha, didn’t see that coming, did you?

The deadlines the boss gives are also truly amazing. Today, he gives you a week to finish something, and the next day he’ll ask whether it’s done yet. He thinks you should be working hard and striving together with the company, so the very next day he’ll expect you to rush something out (but even if you finish it, he’ll still have plenty of opinions).

The boss has very ambitious ideas about financial planning. There’s barely any money in the account, but we still have to review the cash flow statement every week, and he also wants financial planning. With that little money, what exactly is there to plan? XDD.

The boss also has many very special ideas, so don’t bother thinking you can communicate with him. The opinions of us ignorant commoners will not be adopted.

The boss cares a great deal about employees’ sixth-sense training abilities. Employees often need to use their psychic powers, so don’t expect the boss to clearly tell you what he wants. With this kind of thing, you have to be self-reliant.

Keeping the office clean depends on everyone.

The boss likes organizing team-building activities without spending any money, but requires everyone to participate; otherwise, you’ll be blacklisted.

By the way, don’t even think about benefits or anything like that. Every year, the boss has to come up with an excuse for not giving a year-end bonus. If no year-end bonus is paid, it’s always the employees’ fault!
