The drawbacks stem from the management cadre!

As a management cadre, you occupy this position while knowing absolutely nothing about even the work of your own basic group—isn't that incredibly ridiculous?!

Not knowing anything would be one thing, but you even have the strange attitude of “Why should I learn?”!

Every day at work, you keep blindly busy without understanding anything. Yet you still have time to read novels? Read the news?

You can't even handle basic material preparation, yet every day you stand around with your hands on your hips, constantly chasing the progress of material preparation!

It's impossible to see what you've contributed. Even your team members don't support you anymore, so don't expect others to help either!

As a management cadre, you don't know how to help other groups either. You even incite the team members under you by saying: “Actually, I don't want you to go help!”

You can actually say such absurdly stupid things—are you really qualified to be a management cadre?

When facing problems from production-line personnel, you always say: “This isn't my responsibility. Don't ask me.”

But when facing your superiors, you say: “Give it to me. I'll handle it.”

Right! You get to play both the good guy and the bad guy. Why don't you just take the whole bowl and eat it yourself?!

You love saying: “If you have any problems, tell me!”

So let me ask: We told you—did you handle them?

At best, you send an email pushing the problem away, then walk off without following up on how it is handled.

At worst, after being told, you leave the matter unresolved for two or three days and offer only: “I'm too busy... I forgot.”

Whether you're here or not, this group is basically unaffected. If all you do every day is forward LINE shares, then don't bother.

Once everyone joins that group, you won't have a job anymore!
