This is a company where working overtime is habitual. For some projects, even the supervisors themselves have never done the work. Supervisors only talk about procedures in a formal sense, while the specific execution is left for you to figure out on your own. I suggest everyone ask questions and clarify things before considering whether to join the company. Endless overtime is the norm! The effort and the returns are not proportional! (Although they make things sound very good during the interview.)
