Thank you for always caring so much about the feelings of former employees! How come you never did that when we were still employed?

Please stop wasting time on former employees! Treat your current employees well—they are struggling to hold on! If your company did a good job, current employees would invite their friends and relatives to join this high-paying team! Then you wouldn’t have to worry about not being able to find people, nor blame former employees for the reason you can’t find anyone! You keep trying to whitewash things.
