Communication among colleagues is good, and we help one another.

Aside from the one point mentioned under the pros, everything else is a drawback. The supervisors and boss are terrible, the workload is heavy, and the working hours are long (some people work overtime until the middle of the night). Most importantly, there is no overtime pay.
