Every front-of-house supervisor is rude after barely a few words. Ask a perfectly reasonable question and the response is always sarcasm and mockery. The people training others say they are too busy to teach, yet still expect people to know what to do, while constantly criticizing them. In addition, when back-of-house employees have issues with front-of-house employees, the front-of-house supervisor simply says not to pay attention to them. Are people like this really supervisors...?

As for pay, it sounds nice to say that everyone at the same level receives the same salary, but in reality, no matter how many hours you work, you earn the same as everyone else. Working 10.5 hours a day is the norm, and there is no extra pay for working on public holidays. Highly unrecommended.

Finally, when you resign, you are required to wash your uniform and bring it back. Really awful.
