康倪國際企業股份有限公司
Pros

The workload for in-house work is fairly consistent. Once you finish, you can do your own thing—often spending the whole day scrolling on your phone.

You get off work right on time, overtime is rarely required, and there isn't much pressure. It's a stark contrast to field work.

It's basically a place to go on vacation.

Cons

1. During the interview, they said there would be a salary increase after passing the probationary period. There wasn't—the pay is still stuck at the basic salary.

2. Being one minute late costs you 10 dollars. That's ridiculously expensive.

3. The boss is extremely stingy and uses all sorts of excuses to deduct your bonuses.

Overall, if you want to take a vacation and coast into retirement, and money isn't an issue, go for it.
