Can get close to people
1. I worked there for almost a year; after resigning, I unexpectedly received a notice—I was sued for fraud! This had already happened to many senior colleagues and juniors while I was working there; many of them had been sued by customers. So if you don't want to be sued, don't choose this career path!
2. The promised eight days off! If you have no performance, taking leave is simply impossible.
3. This company does not care about workers' rights.
4. Competing to snatch sales.
5. Whether you do a good job or a bad job, someone will stab you in the back.
6. You will constantly be sent to other locations. Management will say it depends on your personal willingness, but if you have no performance or your results are poor, they will tag you directly in the group chat and chew you out without holding back.
7. You still have to keep checking your phone after work because your team leader's working hours differ from yours. If you miss a message, they will immediately eliminate you from opportunities to work at other locations and lock your locker; if you have no performance, they will make you the target.
8. When sending you to other locations, management will keep telling you to work hard and make money first, saying your family will get used to it over time! It's fine; it's okay if you don't go home! Making money is what matters! Then you will keep being sent to other locations.
9. Does being sent to other locations guarantee sales performance? No! You bring people in for senior staff to pitch to, but the pitch may not succeed. Even if it does, you have to see how many people will split the sales credit. The person giving the pitch can take half, and the rest is divided among the others. How much do you think you can get?
10. The company says it subsidizes transportation costs for assignments to other locations. You work the late shift in Taichung one day, then they schedule you for an early shift in Kaohsiung the next day. Do you think you should take the high-speed rail, a regular train, or a bus? Bus fares are fully reimbursed, while high-speed rail is reimbursed only halfway. Most importantly, if you fail to meet the monthly target, you get nothing at all.
11. Bonuses: Many people notice this, so please read carefully! Management will make up sales performance, but it also depends on whether they like you! There have been cases where someone made 230,000 but received a lower bonus than someone who made 200,000.
12. Your team leader will tell you, “I'm very close to you,” but you should know how frighteningly different they may talk about you in private in front of management! The team leader only cares about themselves! So don't think too much of it.
