The company entrance looks impressive.

The HR department proactively invited me to an interview. Before the interview, I had already informed HR that my expertise did not fully match the job described in the invitation. However, HR told me that the hiring manager had reviewed my résumé and proactively invited me because they needed someone with my expertise. After I took time off work to attend the interview, both HR and the hiring manager acted as if they did not actually need anyone for the position.

HR also asked in a very “tactful” tone whether I wanted to continue with the interview, “to avoid wasting each other’s time”....... But for me, who had already taken time off work and was sitting there for the interview, my time had already been completely wasted.

A very poor interview experience.
