1. The overtime is extremely serious. This is not a matter of occasionally working a little overtime; here, you may work so much overtime that you no longer know what you are doing with your life. You will feel truly cheap, working overtime constantly and getting sick while earning this little money, and wanting only to hurry home, rest, and sleep every day.

2. Not everyone in a large company is necessarily capable. I encountered quite a few redundant employees who could not get things done and only caused more trouble. Getting into the right department, team, and group is very important. If you accidentally end up with incapable people, having two idiots among a team of five is enough to make your life miserable. I saw many capable people unable to stay and eventually leave because they had to share the workload with redundant employees and clean up after them, while those redundant employees stayed for a very long time.
