Menstrual leave

The company has a mountain of internal rules. The more capable you are, the more work you get—but here, capable people are simply overworked.

People with ability are exploited by their supervisors until not a single drop is left, and the company will not thank you for it.

When they are short-staffed, current employees are expected to endure the hardship together, working overtime to death, and you still may not be able to claim overtime pay.

No matter how much you give to the company, it will never thank you more; it will only take advantage of you.

Once they have used you up, they throw you away. That is the feeling I get.

At first, when you have just joined, they will create the illusion that everyone is very nice. After a while, their fangs will come out and they will devour you completely. In the end, you will only become a lump of shit.
