Who would want to come work for the ridiculously low salary they offer?

The benefits are very poor—basically, there are no benefits, except that you can take home finished products after the company has inspected them to eat (and there are only a few tasty ones).

Don’t even think about an annual bonus. The base salary is only 16,000, and you have to add this and that to reach the figure they initially offered you. The annual bonus is half a month—but half of your base salary, haha. Don’t even think about the three traditional holiday bonuses either: a 200-dollar gift voucher (and it’s not even cash).

The supervisor’s logic is completely異於常人 and they are extremely difficult to communicate with. When they need to ask you for a favor, they make it sound very nice; but when you need to ask them for something, they nitpick and come up with a whole host of problems.
