The interviewer was young and open-minded, and I could sense the open-minded style of an emerging industry. They also gave clear answers to the questions I raised during the interview. What was more distinctive was that they did not focus exclusively on the company’s strengths; they also mentioned areas where the company still needs to improve. I thought this was quite positive, as it gave me the impression that the company is genuinely committed to its operations.

As mentioned above, because the company is part of an emerging industry, its scale is continuing to expand rapidly. The company is growing quickly, expanding its workforce, and handling a large volume of business. The advantage is that there is no need for cold calling, as the company provides customer leads, allowing you to focus on selling services to clients. New employees also receive comprehensive training upon joining. Overall, I think this would be quite suitable for people who are driven and eager to strive for performance-based bonuses.
