The supervisor is extremely forceful and dictatorial. They neither respect nor trust employees, and will pit Store A against Store B by speaking badly about it.

The stores discuss this privately. During the interview, they said the position was for a management role, but after joining, it turned out to be a store position. They come up with all kinds of excuses to say what you have not done well and that you cannot meet the company’s expectations. They are inconsistent and keep changing what they say. Everyone knows privately that they do not acknowledge what they themselves have said. When told about the stores’ situation, they ignore it, but then say the stores are not clean and fine them. They said they wanted to help the company implement a system and hoped the stores would cooperate; when no one wanted to deal with them, they accused employees of only caring about money and working only when paid. They act entirely according to their own subjective preferences. Having just been promoted, they manage this way to make themselves look good. Everyone is physically and mentally exhausted. We do not understand why the company promoted someone like this, and more people will probably leave in the future.
