Within two weeks of joining, one colleague was dismissed; within three weeks of joining, an HR manager was dismissed.

Although it is unclear how senior management operates, they occasionally arrange for parachuted-in teammates who do not understand the company’s operations or procedures to come in and take charge internally.

The reasons for dismissal were quite bizarre:

One was that the position was no longer needed (so was the job posting just for show before that?).

The other was possibly poor work efficiency.

Both individuals were informed on the same day and disappeared that day.

After operating for so long, there is still no improved SOP. Appalling.
