1. The boss has a terrible attitude. He considers himself very capable just because he taught himself several software programs, tells us designers not to think we can deceive him, and does not trust designers' expertise.

2. When the boss is dissatisfied with something designed by a designer, he asks for the files, saying he will modify them himself. After a while, because he cannot modify them himself, he goes back to asking the designer to make the changes according to his instructions.

3. When designing product packaging, even though the product does not contain a certain plant ingredient, the boss asked the designer to put an image of that plant on the packaging as the main visual simply because it looked good. After the designer raised concerns, the boss angrily berated the designer and said, "Just have the development department add a little of some relevant ingredient." This indicates that the product's ingredients can be arbitrarily determined by simply saying what to add, which raises concerns about its safety.

4. The boss only takes excellent packaging designs from elsewhere in the industry and tells the designers to copy them. If they do not follow his instructions, he will yell at them to come into the office for questioning and a lecture.

5. The boss will suddenly call all three designers into the office and lecture them one by one.

6. The other designers are quite cold and aloof. It feels as though they think that saying one more word would mean you might plagiarize their work or techniques, so they do not talk to you or help you when you first join and do not even know where to put the files.

7. You must join the company's WeChat group, and before leaving work every day, you have to report to the boss what you did that day. It makes you feel very distrusted.

All of this meant that, despite having already worked at design companies for several years, I couldn't take it anymore and resigned after just two weeks!
