I also went for an interview there.

It was truly unprofessional.

They damaged their own employer brand image.

I clearly applied for position A, and HR’s reply also referred to position A.

However, during the interview, the hiring manager first said that my qualifications were insufficient for position A (did the recruiter not review my résumé?), and then asked whether I would consider position B.

If I wanted position B, I would have applied for it.

They also changed the position being interviewed for without notifying me.

They truly showed no respect for their own professionalism, nor for others.

If you join this company, they will not respect other people’s professional expertise either.
