The company is neither large nor small,

but there is hardly any system or structure to speak of.

There are, however, plenty of bizarre internal rules.

The things mentioned during the interview—such as being able to claim overtime or take compensatory leave—were all just empty promises.

It’s best to leave work early.

There are no holiday bonuses,

and the year-end bonus is pitifully small.

The turnover rate in the department is extremely high,

and the managers don’t care either.

Those who stay become increasingly powerless and demoralized the longer they work here.

I’ve worked at quite a few companies,

and this is by far the most astounding.

If I had to force myself to name a strength, I honestly couldn’t come up with one.

I suggest everyone not waste their time coming here...
