A company that exploits its employees

The supervisor is extremely poor at managing personnel and projects, and we repeatedly had to work overtime until the middle of the night because of poor communication.

We were even required to work overtime at the company on Sundays, and afterward there was no indication of any compensation or time off in lieu. Follow-ups also ultimately went nowhere.
