1. Before starting work, you have to find two guarantors. HR requires seeing the guarantors sign in person. If this is not completed, they surprisingly will not enroll you in labor and health insurance, which is clearly illegal.

2. No offer letter is provided before starting work; I suspect they are trying to avoid responsibility.

3. Leave cannot be taken by the hour; each request must be at least half a day.

4. The boss has an unbelievably bad temper.
