Interviewed by a middle-aged man

Had to fill out a test before the interview

It was mainly made up of design-related questions (e.g., forms of beauty)

Interview questions:

1. What was the name of your supervisor at your previous company?

2. Why do you want to work here?

3. Review the test questions from earlier.

4. What software are you familiar with?

5. State your desired monthly salary.

For some reason, the interviewer looked very stern throughout the process...

He spoke harshly, perhaps because he thought it would make it easier to push down the salary.

When asked which software I specialized in, after I answered, he said, “So you’re that kind of person again.”

The overall impression was very bad....

I originally expected a salary of 35K.

He forcibly offered 29K, or 30K including perfect attendance pay, and asked whether that would be acceptable....

Overall, the interview experience was very unpleasant...

Also, don’t be fooled by the two characters “文創” in the company’s name, which suggest cultural and creative industries.

The company’s work samples shown during the interview were really just so-so...
