A commercially oriented company—don't call it a tech company. It lacks professional expertise and clearly violates the Labor Standards Act (some departments do not pay overtime). It trades on its foreign-company name but operates in a typically Taiwanese manner. The quality of its staff varies widely, as does that of its managers. It may be worth considering for those looking to coast, but young people who want to accomplish something should choose carefully!!!
