Salary: Monthly salary of NT$26,000 (salaries offered by other staffing agencies vary by approximately ±NT$1,000–2,000).

Job responsibilities: During the interview, the assistant manager said the job involved making collection calls. Later, the duties gradually expanded to include calling customers to inform them of new promotions, using sales scripts to develop existing customers for subscriptions to other services, and also acting as customer service by listening to customer complaints. However, since the role was essentially a collections position, there was actually little authority to handle those complaints.

Reason for leaving: The actual job responsibilities differed from what was originally promised, and complaints were ineffective.
