I worked at one of the company's brands, Xian He Coffee. The job advertisement sounded great, but it was all empty promises. In reality, many of the benefits mentioned did not exist—for example, there was no birthday bonus after completing three months, and HR would try to brush it off. Overtime pay was also calculated incorrectly, among other issues. It would be one thing if many benefits simply weren't implemented, but every month they also deducted a welfare fee of around NT$100 or more, and no one knew where the money went.... There was also no so-called professional training; you essentially had to rely on yourself. As a result, people quit every month. If you're hoping to learn properly about the coffee industry, I advise you to think carefully.
