Interview experience:

HR said that before the interview, I had to read some books and write reports:

1. Accountability (China Productivity Center) 2. The Way Rich People Think Is Different from Yours (Business Weekly Publications) 3. The Xiaoqian and Zhang Yi case

I didn’t read any of them, and of course I didn’t write the reports either.

During the interview, the manager said I would be developing Internet telephony on Android phones.

Internet telephony basically involves technologies such as TCP/UDP, NAT traversal, and VoIP.

None of these were asked about at all XD

They only asked: If you come in to work on Internet telephony, how long do you expect it will take to finish?

I answered honestly that I had worked on network transmission, but had never handled voice data. I couldn’t estimate it either.
