缺點一堆粉塵瀰漫排風設備差薪水跟工作不成正比然後弄壞公司的設備跟產品要自己賠償然後請個特休假還被靠北然後每天都加班沒有一天是可以17:30下班年終獎金根本沒有然後是用你自己的特休買回當年終不到一個禮拜的年終沒有員工旅遊然後沒有福利三節獎金都沒有

面試想看工作環境，主管開玩笑說今天不乾淨不給看，入職當天才可以

問人事看工作環境，因為要簽屬保密條款才能進入

(以前做過要簽保密的也可以進去看，不給看這樣不行，自己的權益)

最後問有甚麼想要問的(外面還有人在等面試)

回說陸續還有人去面試結果也要審核..

It is a family business (the managers are related to one another or share the same surname). The so-called promotions offer no benefit whatsoever to “outsiders” (whether you can get promoted at all is another matter).

The stated regular working hours end at 17:30, but employees are often required to work overtime until 20:30 (even when there is no rush to fulfill orders).

The workplace rules are all made for “outsiders” to follow. The situation of managers acting as both players and referees is severe, and policies often change approximately once every six months, making it difficult to understand what is going on.

Overtime pay is paid properly, but whether it is calculated correctly is another matter.

Oh, and taking sick leave at this company results in a NT$1,500 deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus.
