Pros

The office environment is good.

Cons

A company that is quite disrespectful to people. They contacted me proactively on 1111, saying they were looking for a long-term recruitment intern. I told them I couldn’t commit long-term, but during the phone call they persuaded me by saying that the interview process depended quite a lot on the rapport and first impression between the candidate and the supervisor, and that there was a possibility they would only have me work short-term. After I went to the interview, I had the first-round interview with the HR representative I had spoken with on the phone. After the interview, they told me to wait ten minutes because there would be a second-round interview with the supervisor. However, after I waited for a while, they simply told me that the supervisor was in a meeting and unavailable, and asked me to leave first. They said they would notify me within a week. They showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee. I traveled a long way and spent a long time on the bus to attend the interview, only to be treated this way—it was truly speechless. They also never notified me afterward.

Pros

Some floors don’t have a very good working environment. On one floor, you have to be fast and accurate when entering data; your accuracy can’t be too low.

Cons

I think this staffing agency is terrible. I previously worked as an administrative employee for this company, and I had already left the job a long time ago when they asked me to return the salary I had received before resigning. I also had to transfer the money for my leave back to them separately.

Pros

Suitable for short-term work (three months)

Cons

1. No guarantee of being hired as a regular employee

2. Applied for the position directly, but was transferred to a staffing arrangement

3. Before the interview, they said there would be very little overtime, which seemed acceptable. During the interview, I selected “willing to work overtime” on the company’s application form, not expecting that overtime would begin on the very first day of work

4. Overtime pay is calculated based on base salary plus perfect-attendance allowance, unlike the Labor Standards Act calculation, which uses only base salary; taking leave reduces the overtime pay

5. Regarding salary issues, they evade the question instead of answering directly
