104 posts several different job openings, but they are actually all the same. I applied for a customer service position, but when the company called to invite me to an interview, they said it was for telemarketing. They even asked me, “Didn’t you click through and take a look?”

After nearly a year with the company, the internal policies are frequently adjusted and very unstable. Although monthly performance targets are set, in practice they still change according to the supervisor’s mood (for example, suddenly requiring the target to be reached within a few days even though the performance settlement date has not arrived yet). The rules often change without notice, making it unclear what the standards are.
If you do not meet the daily performance target, you must stay 30 minutes late and arrive 30 minutes early the next day (with no overtime pay). If you do not arrive early, performance points will be deducted.
Taking any type of leave, including bereavement leave, will affect your evaluation and result in performance-point deductions. The position is advertised as telemarketing, but you are required to perform duties beyond telemarketing.
The work requires little professionalism and is easy to pick up; essentially, it is a disposable position. New hires make up more than half of the company, and the turnover rate is extremely high.

The interviewer had a very poor attitude
Arrogant and very blunt
It immediately made me think less of this company

You have to fill in a bunch of personal information. When I left it blank, the interviewer even made a sarcastic remark that nothing would happen if I filled it in anyway. The interview was extremely lengthy, and the questions kept repeating. The interviewer was unprepared and simply intended to waste your time.
